Momo Burger is a fast food chain that will offer a fusion of eastern and western fast food dish Momo and burger the brand is inspired by the popular street food Momos which are type of dumb playing popular in the Himalayan region.
WHY MOMO BURGERS
Suresh Chandra Basnet also known as Nepali Food Guru, has spent 3 decades of his life on cooking field as a teacher, advisor, chef, and exploring many hidden foods. Chef basnet has an idea of launching Nepalese-American cuisine, by combing two popular dishes from both the countries “Momo” and “Burger”.
PRIMARY GOALS:
To create a profitable and sustainable business that can compete with an established fast food chain . We plan to achieve this by opening multiple locations across the country leveraging technology to streamline operations and offering a menu that is both affordable and high quality and healthy.
CENTRAL KITCHEN
A central kitchen, also known as a commissary kitchen or a ghost kitchen, is a facility designed for the centralized preparation of food for multiple locations or delivery services. It is a professional-grade kitchen space equipped with all the necessary cooking equipment and infrastructure to support large-scale food production. We have to establish central kitchen to provide flow to different outlet and other store.We have to establish central kitchen with proper equipment that will be essential for central kitchen.
MARKET ANALYSIS
The fast food industry in United States is estimated to be worth over 250 billion, but consumers are seeking out new and unique dining experiences. Momo Burger aims to tap into this trend by offering a unique Fusion. Furthermore, momo has been growing in popularity in recent days, and Momo Burger hopes to capitalize on this by providing a modern twist to the traditional dish.
PRODUCT AND SERVICES
The Momo Burger menu will feature a variety of food that consumers love. It will include a variety of burgers, including chicken and vegetarian options. A signature dish will be the Momo Burger, which is a soft-serve burger served on a steam bun with the Momo. It will also have traditional Momos, fries ,and sides. A variety of dipping sauces will be available at Mama Burger to complement the food's flavors.
